About Me

I am a West Midlands-based multidisciplinary artist working across 3D, drawing, painting and experimental practice. My work explores memory, atmosphere and our emotional perception of place, often focusing on the boundary between the familiar and the unknown. I work in a soft, detailed realism to capture emotional nuance - translating light and atmosphere into fragments of stillness.

As a child of Kurdish immigrants, I grew up between languages, cultures and identities, never fully belonging to one place. This has shaped my perspective; familiar and foreign all at once. Working across different mediums becomes a way of finding connection within that liminal space.

My explorations are an attempt to capture the persistent human desire to feel at home in the world.
